These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Winko, a community for sharing knitting and handmade creations, connecting with other makers, and supporting content through Diamond purchases and rewards.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing content, posting material, purchasing Diamonds, or otherwise using Winko, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using Winko
Winko is designed for a creative knitting and handmade community. You may use the app to create an account, edit your profile, discover users and posts, search content, follow creators, like and comment on posts, publish video posts with text notes, manage your blacklist, and view creator profiles.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for all activity that takes place through your account.
Community Conduct
You agree not to use Winko to:
- Post unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content.
- Harass, impersonate, threaten, or exploit other users.
- Upload content that you do not have the right to share.
- Interfere with the normal operation, security, or integrity of the app.
- Bypass account controls, moderation tools, or access restrictions.
Your Content
You retain responsibility for the videos, text notes, profile content, comments, and other material you submit to Winko. By posting content in the app, you grant Winko the rights needed to host, display, organize, and make that content available within the service.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, harms the community, or creates legal or operational risk.
Diamonds and Purchases
Winko may allow you to purchase Diamonds through the payment tools provided by your app platform. Diamonds may be used for in-app support and reward features where available.
- Diamonds are digital items for use inside Winko.
- Prices, bundles, and availability may change.
- Purchases are processed through the relevant app marketplace, and their billing terms also apply.
- Except where required by law or platform policy, Diamonds are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable outside the app.
Profiles, Following, and Blocking
Winko includes social features that let users follow creators, explore public profiles, and manage a blacklist. You should use these features respectfully and in line with the intended community purpose of the app.
Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to Winko if we reasonably believe that your conduct violates these Terms, creates safety concerns, infringes rights, or exposes the service or its users to risk.
You may also choose to stop using the app and, where available, delete your account through the app or by contacting support.
Disclaimers and Liability
Winko is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the app reliable and helpful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of user-generated content.
To the extent permitted by law, Winko is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, user interactions, or user-generated content.
